This 60 - 75 minute deeply restorative experience combines a meditation, somatic awareness, an optional guided TRE® (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) session offering your body the space to let go and be gently supported. Ideal for anyone seeking deep relaxation and a renewed sense of calm and wellbeing.
