There comes a point in healing where the body can no longer be ignored.
Where the tension, overwhelm, anxiety, numbness and survival patterns we have carried for so long begin asking to be felt, witnessed and safely released.
From Pain to Power is a deeply grounding and restorative somatic healing workshop designed to help you reconnect with your body, regulate your nervous system and return home to yourself.
This is not about forcing healing.
It is about creating enough safety within the body and the space around you so that your system no longer has to stay in contraction, protection or survival.
